One of the best experiences with a mechanic,... and a house call on top of that! Alex is very professional and explained what needs to be done in terms I understood. I will recommend this company to anyone wanting convenience, courteous service from an experienced pro, and good pricing. Auto diagnoses and repairs can be less than precise regarding a clock/schedule, also time to travel from one client to the next affected by traffic/locations. Understanding these variables, others should be patient and realize an "appointment" may be affected. Alex called to let me know of a delay- very considerate. I give Alex and the "Your Mechanic" services 5 stars, none the less.

Overall, I enjoyed the quality service James provided. He made sure my car was working perfectly and test drive it. His recommendation on what I need done to my car was much appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone that needs his service. I plan on having James work on my car again in the future.

Stacy notified us when he was heading to our home. When Stacy arrived, he was very friendly and professional and listened to the issues we were having with our vehicle. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put a new alternator in our vehicle. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He even went as far as to offer to diagnose another vehicle at our home (for free) that we were having issues with. We were hesitant about using this service since this was our first time, however, this will be our new method of service for our vehicles. We would highly recommend Stacy and we will definitely be hiring Stacy again for any future mechanic issues!!!
