2010 Dodge Ram 2500 67,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Rusty fixed what another company had messed up on my truck last year. He was quick and very professional. I love the convenience of having my car worked on at my house. Nobody is trying to hide anything by "not allowing you in the service department area". I don't need a loaner car, Im at home with my own things so Im comfortable. Best of all, I don't waste any time driving to a garage, getting a car, driving back to get my car and paying outrageous prices while still not having things fixed. Rusty is a great asset to the company.

Trying to find a good mechanic is tough, but when David arrived he was polite, knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. He answered my questions and concerns and had my alternator replaced in no time. Although I needed to get the batteries charged, he assured me it would start up without a problem.....and he was right. I will be scheduling him to do all my maintenance work and repairs in the future. A good honest mechanic is hard to find, and David definitely is one.

I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!
