2009 Dodge Ram 2500 67,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Peter worked on our truck on an extremely hot day (over 100) in our yard in direct sun! He was proficient and gave us confidence that he is highly qualified to do the job. He worked for 2 hours figuring out our problem and explained every step along the way. He was very polite and congenial throughout. He also took time to explain to us how to continue on after he was gone. We think he went the extra mile to solve our problem!

I work 2nd shift, and the earliest appointment I was able to book only had 1 morning slot available. I ended up waking up a half hour late, and called Michael. I explained the situation, and he waited the half hour it took me to drive out to where my truck was. He was quick about diagnosing my issue, and was able to point out a couple of other parts that may cause issues within the same system that needed replaced. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Excellent work. Got an alternator replacement. He said he would have to unplug my AC compressor (I think) and that would cause my AC not to work after the appointment but he fixed it without doing that. Yourmechanic should have told me that little detail when I scheduled the appointment since it does cost extra money and require another appointment....but he made it not an issue at all. He also showed up early so that was a plus.
