Peter knows his mechanics, I had originally had an appointment with another mechanic with your mechanic.com, but he niether called nor showed up on the scheduled date. I had Peter come out previously on an unrelated call regarding the A/C on the same vehicle. I would have requested him regarding this matter, which was a front brake problem, and actually did so, but he wasn't available 'til Thursday of that week. I had rented a car for a week so I settled for another mechanic that the company said would suffice that had 22 years of experience. I booked an appointment with that mechanic, who, as I had previously stated, didn't bother to call or show up. The next day I called your mechanic to request Peter at soonest availability. Peter showed up early on the appointed date, inspected the issue regarding my front brake caliper, and gave me a new estimate regarding the appropriate repairs. Mechanics that are honest and trustworthy are few and far between, and I consider myself fortunate to have met Peter, as I have met countless unethical and dishonest mechanics in my 52 years of existence.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I went to Pride Auto off of Broadway/C470 they stated I needed a water pump, est cost was 1200. Pride was not willing to work with price. Came across "Your Mechanic", saved me 300, they were very flexible scheduling and quick response. Hugh was my mechanic, well-educated on my type of car, Dodge Challenger, was on time. He did a expect ion of the leak on the water pump which was what I was told was wrong. Clearly the leak was not the water pump, it was the radiator. Hugh worked with me on price and went over every part and explained the issue in detail plus some. Overall Hugh saved me $1000 plus. My water pump would have been changed for no reason and I still would have had a leak. In addition, worked with me on the new estimate for the radiator. I have no doubt I will be using your mechanic again for future issues or maintenance. Hugh will be my direct mechanic. Thank you Hugh for everything!! My car is running great!
