Derrick completed the task that was asked and went above and beyond to tell the customer more about the diagnoses. He also ACTUALLY took a look at some of the issues the customer was having when the customer booked the first appointment with YourMechanic so that he could do a thorough and complete job (the other mechanic made the mistake of only fixing one of the motor mounts when in reality the others needed replacing as well). He did not continuously push for a 5 star rating on the job as the other mechanic had (although he didn't fix what the customer asked to be fixed), but instead was timely, friendly, and professional (stayed on task). He even showed up a bit early to the appointment. I would absolutely recommend Derrick, thank you so much for being open and honest, and caring about the dignity of your job, since my vehicle is incredibly important for my work performance. You should probably take some of that diagnostic money I had to give the other guy and give it to Derrick.

Luis was very knowledgeable and truthful. Didn’t recommend any service that wasn’t. The truth goes along way with a mechanic and he definitely has that.

Finally, a mechanic I can trust! He was friendly and his diagnosis was right on point. He told me what my problem was (Primary Fuel Pump needed to be replaced) and voila! My car is running again after being down for going over three weeks. I’m thankful to God for Micheal. He’s an HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE mechanic. I’d recommend him to ANYONE!!!
