Andrew was great. I watched while he replaced the alternator and drive belt on my minivan. I have some DIY experience with various repairs on my vehicles and I'm picky when it comes to the details. I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!
