2006 Dodge Dakota 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Very nice and courteous individual and I am glad he had a helper with him; he seemed determined to take on the task of cleaning and replacing gasket(s) for my 2007 Dodge Dakota's throttle body part (wherever that was located since I failed to ask him to show me after he let me know that he was done) but my "slippage" problem or issue still exists when I drove my truck around the block after they left my residence.

Richard was pleasant and professional. He came prepared to replace my fuel pump, but took the time to make sure that was the problem. After testing, it turned out that he couldn't be sure that the pump was the problem and suggested that it might require taking it to the dealer to be sure. I did that and it turned out to be the "fuel pump relay'. I really appreciate this kind of service since replacing the fuel pump would not have fixed the problem and I might have been stranded again.

Alec was a pleasure to meet. He was very informative, friendly and prompt. This was a fabulous first time experience.
