And my usual oil change place refused to say, wanted me to get a ride to drop off my Caravan the night before, and wonder, and then have to get another ride back to collect the car IF they quoted a price I would pay. So this is definitely worth checking out. You can ask questions and further describe the funny noises or symptoms up front. And as long as you do that within 3 hours of booking (with your credit card), you may cancel without a $30 penalty. That gave me time to check some other prices.

Chris was able to fix our car and ahead of time. He messaged us that he had a cancellation and can come earlier, which is what we had asked car and got us taken care of in 30 mins!
