Andrew was running a little behind but sent me a text explaining that he'd be a little late. Got the work done in the time stated. Got me back on the road.

Duane was awesome! I will definitely book Duane again to work on my truck. My fuel pump died on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to work that night. I had my truck diagnosed by another mechanic at MyMechanic on Saturday to make sure it was the fuel pump. Then I booked a Sunday appointment to have Duane do the repair so I could get back on the road and not miss work on Monday. Duane did my repair on his normal day off and even went to get the parts himself when he found out that they wouldn't be available from his normal supplier until late Sunday afternoon, which would have forced me to reschedule the appointment to another day. Truck is running great and I found an excellent mechanic!

Very nice and courteous individual and I am glad he had a helper with him; he seemed determined to take on the task of cleaning and replacing gasket(s) for my 2007 Dodge Dakota's throttle body part (wherever that was located since I failed to ask him to show me after he let me know that he was done) but my "slippage" problem or issue still exists when I drove my truck around the block after they left my residence.
