William was on time and very polite. I showed him to the car and what I was told was wrong with it. He told me he would look it over and replace the parts so I left him to do his thing. 45 minutes later he had the job done and took his time to inspect and test drive the car. His price was fair and the work was great! Will use again!

Absolutely outstanding work by Paul. However, I previously canceled within 24 hours an initially scheduled appointment with Paul because the appropriate car part was not delivered on time as the online auto parts business, Carparts.com told me it would be. Therefore YourMecanic charged me $15.00. Then the late delivery happened again several days before the date rescheduled date of repair. When rescheduling the appointment for a second time the YourMechanic Rep. was clear I would not be charged another $15.00. However an additional $15.00 charge has taken place. Please refund this additional $15.00 charge.
