Thanks for your help Ben. I will use this service again. This was my first time using the service. My first scheduled mechanic didn't show up, but when I contacted customer service they found another mechanic right away and had Ben here in an hour. I want to thank Ben for his speedy and professional work.

Luke came on time and finished ahead of schedule he is a master at what he does and I highly recommend his services. I will definitely use him again for both of my vehicles.

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. I will definitely keep Joesph in mind next time I need help with any of my future vehicle repairs.
