Was here right on time. Mechanic was done in a bit over an hour. Very personable, answered all questions and cleaned the area.

I was really skeptical about this since I had never heard of this company before. Matthew showed up on time ready to roll. He asked me some questions to try and get a better understanding of my issues with the car. Matthew checked a couple things then got straight to work. In an hour he was done and began his own inspection for other problems. I didn't stand over him while he worked but he did tell me he didn't mind and would even explain what he was doing. Total transparency that you can't get with a shop. I would recommend him to anyone who is not knowledgeable about vehicles. I will say the price was a bit steeper than I expected but in comparison to shop prices it's a deal. The best part is they come to you.

Charles showed up early for the appointment, and it took him less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived to change a battery from a Chrysler 200, which requires removing the battery through the wheel well. It takes my Chrysler dealership longer than that and they charge a lot more. This is my first time using Your Mechanic, and it was a positive experience to have someone who could come to my apartment and change my battery when my dealership wouldn't, and none of the mechanics I called in the local area would make the trip to my apartment to help.
