Its rare for someone to exceed my expectations but this was top notch service. I even jokingly said "charge me more!" What a steal of a deal and he comes out to you!? He was very informative and I appreciated he didnt dumb it down, which happens often as a female. We lost our family mechanic of 30 years and have been nervous to try a new place. So glad we found him. He will be our mechanic for the next 30 years!

Duy arrived right on schedule. He was very friendly and got right to work, checking to see which brakes were causing the problem. Once he told me what needed to be done, he said it would take less than an hour. Sure enough, in less than an hour he informed me the job was complete. He then completely cleaned everything up, processed the payment, and thanked me for using YourMechanic. It was a completely wonderful experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and request Duy if I can wait until a Saturday.
