James is going to be my "GO TO MECHANIC" from now on . I had 2 cars that decided to die at the same time so i tried yourmechanic.com and they sent out James, He arrived on time and quickly found out that it was a simple repair that would only take a hr to fix so all the labor would be covered under the inspection fee , I just had to buy the part and he would come back out to put it in. I was very pleased so i had him inspect my other car when he came back out and that one only need a simple fix also and the labor would be covered under the inspection fee also. I am very pleased with James and will always use him for any repairs that are needed. Thank you James for being a honest mechanic!!

William was great he diagnosed the issue with my car. The previous mechanic didn't connect the connector all the way to seal it onto the starter. Because of that it slipped off and my car wouldn't start. I'm just glad he fixed it and that it will be covered under warranty.
