I never ever write reviews, but this one is an exception. I am not mechanically inclined, and hate the idea of having to go and see a mechanic. Brett arrived at 7:00 am as scheduled and was done with the job at 8:22, 8 minutes ahead of schedule. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted to watch him work so that I could learn about what went wrong. While he was working, he explained what he was doing and why. Not only is he a great mechanic, but he's a great teacher.

At no fault of his own Al installed a defective part on my vehicle. It took two days fighting with corporate bureaucrats to get Al permission to make things right. I would recommend Al but caution people to be aware of the company
