Its rare for someone to exceed my expectations but this was top notch service. I even jokingly said "charge me more!" What a steal of a deal and he comes out to you!? He was very informative and I appreciated he didnt dumb it down, which happens often as a female. We lost our family mechanic of 30 years and have been nervous to try a new place. Charles showed up early for the appointment, and it took him less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived to change a battery from a Chrysler 200, which requires removing the battery through the wheel well. It takes my Chrysler dealership longer than that and they charge a lot more. This is my first time using Your Mechanic, and it was a positive experience to have someone who could come to my apartment and change my battery when my dealership wouldn't, and none of the mechanics I called in the local area would make the trip to my apartment to help.
