Deane is awesome! Very willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle. I wasn't sure what part I needed, but described to him what lead to pieces in my car shifter breaking apart. He ordered the correct assembly, arrived early with it, and had my car up and running within an hour. He pointed out that the wire harness behind my shifter lookes like it may have gotten wet (it's directly below the cup holders) and shorted out. This was likely the reason that prevented my car from shifting out of park before the shifter assembly broke. He also stayed to inspect my vehicle after the repair. I was skeptical about using Your Mechanic before today, but will now recommend to all my friends and family. Very pleased that I did not have to tow my vehicle to an auto repair shop and overall it was a great experience. Thank you Your Mechanic and thank you Deane!

Matt is Awesome and his wife is too! God knew who I needed! The pleasure of meeting his wife was a bonus as others who knew me were caring about me being alone at night with a person I didn't know! Matt text and ask to come early as his previous appt finished early whiich was perfect for me. He was very kind, compassionate and caring and thorough. Matt is VERY knowledgable but very detailed which I like when explaining about his diagnosis and his delivery of it under my circumstance of what i'm dealing with in my life right now was handled with the utmost care & concern. He was honest and I found him to be Very trust worthy and a gentleman! My car can not be fixed unless I get a new transmission which I can not do so I neededf to know this to make decisions. He is truly and assest and cares about educating people about cars so they make wise decisons.
