This has nothing to do with Chris but does have to do with the warranty. When booking the appointment it asked if providing the parts and I said yes but at no time was I told that it voids the warranty on the service provided. Immediately I had a warning light come on with the code B1630 which has to do with the headlight which was replaced (brand new bulbs and in package). So now they can send out someone out to check my car and fix it but because my warranty is void and there is an additional charge. Thank you but no thank you I will not be using this services anymore. Disclosures like this should be told upfront both on the website and by the mechanic. If that was the case I would have returned the ones I purchased back to the store and had the mechanic provide them.
