Wesley was awesome!! He had a cancellation that just so happened to be right before mine, and gave me a call to ask me if it was okay for him to come early. And of course I said yes! When he arrived he jumped right on the job. He finished in a very timely manner and knew exactly what he was talking about which reassures me as a customer! He ended the inspection with a very detailed follow up on the best route(s) possible for everything he caught that needed work as well as an explanation as to what may have caused it as well as how to fix it if they are not able to! Awesome mechanic. Showed up on time, explained what needed to be done. Completed the job. New rotors caused some initial noise and had to meet back up with Alex he rode with me, explained the cause of the noise and what to do to remedy the situation followed his instructions and noise is gone. Happy customer, will use service again.
