2001 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 7,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

i was a little disappointed with how late in the evening my appointment was for. Michael did the work i asked for but it did not fix the problem. It was not his fault.

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

Wonderful to work with! He does his research, double checks to make sure the problem is what it is and that it'll be resolved with the recommended fix.
