Ruben did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our truck not starting. With his recommendations, the problem was fixed. We will use Ruben's services again when we have issues with our trucks that we cannot fix ourselves.

Andrew showed up early and went right to work. Ran diagnostics and identified problem area. Found a flaky connector to the alternator and corrected the issue. Notified me of the fix and went on a test drive with me to verify repairs. No stalling problem after the fix. Only cost me the diagnostic fee and saved me over $200 dollars over what the local shops wanted just to bring it in! Andrew seemed quite knoledgeable about my truck and was very professional. We already plan to book him to look at my wife's tahoe. Will definately call again. Nice to have my truck running again.
