He was courteous polite and listens to exactly the problem that I had. I unfortunately had a warranty issue, and he was extraordinarily helpful and worked quickly to figure out what the exact problem was and how to resolve it. The next time I need work done to my truck I will be requesting Manuel specifically (he didn’t work on my truck initially, but I wish he had).

Less than 20 mins to put in the starter. Extremely nice guy. Very knowledgeable! He asked questions to make sure he knows what he needed to do. Then all my answers to my questions was done too. Also he did like I ask a inspection to see what else needs to be done. I got a quote for everything in seconds and was able to rebook an appointment online. Paid online too.

He was great very friendly but You guys gave him the wrong part and jacked up the price on me and I’m not happy about that! You gave me an estimate of 181 bucks and then jacked it up 100 bucks because the part Supposedly cost more! This is not a good way to do business! I tried to tell you it was an 05 avalanche but he brought a part w/o cruise control and That’s on You! I had no problem with the mechanic and the job he did. I Do however have a problem with the Extra cost of the part!
