Chris prepared a detailed report (which I doubt was warmly welcomed by management) and then implemented the repairs to get my vehicle operational. Alex was great. He called and came early which was better for me. He showed me everything that he was doing and we determined that I needed a different part in addition to just the cv axle that I requested. He helped me order the correct part and I have scheduled for him to come back to fix both issues. He knows he craft and doesn’t try to sell you things that you don’t need.
