1991 Chevrolet Lumina 9,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First, I want to rate Keith's work. Excellent. He was professional, friendly, and overall great. I don't want the following to detract from him, so I gave him 5 stars. Now to the problem. The part was not ready for him at the time he needed it. Definitely need some logistics help. An appointment that was to be done at 1pm, ended up not being started until after 6pm. There definitely needs to be work done in this area to ensure that parts are available in time for the appointments. I know there can be unforeseen issues, but something needs to be done. It left my wife not wanting me to use your services in the future. I really love the ability to have work done on my vehicles at my residence. It is so convenient, but with this kind of problem, I don't know that I can use your wonderful service in the future because of the problem it would cause between my wife and myself.

Wonderful to work with! He does his research, double checks to make sure the problem is what it is and that it'll be resolved with the recommended fix.
