Alfred is incredible. This is a guy who always goes the extra mile and clearly has a passion for helping people. Not only that, but he is very knowledgable and good at his craft. In addition to doing a wonderful job fixing your car, he will take extra time to explain what he had to do as well as possible ways to prevent things from happening to your car in the future (in the process, saving your money). He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me what he was doing and explained the process. He went through a few tests and ruled out all but the problem. He had the tools he needed and the understanding of how to isolate the issue at hand. I have never had a mobile mechanic but it was a great experience. It also saved me the cost of towing. It was a simple fix but he also gave me a good cost to do the repair work for the company.
