Andrew was great to work with! He was on time, attentive and worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Andrew provided me with a lot of knowledge on my cars parts, shared his expertise and helped provide peace of mind that the parts I ordered were both reliable and quality parts! Andrew changed my front and rear pads and rotors and I can tell he had tons of experience , and he proved it with the quality service he provided! Will definitely book Andrew again for future services on my vehicle.

Mechanic came 6 hours after my scheduled time. He said that the company never ordered the part which is why he was late. He stayed for about 15 minutes, didn’t do any testing at all, told me it was not the starter and said it was likely a Chevy “electrical gremlin” or the battery (which is brand new.) I paid the $150 service call and he left. The next day, I paid to have my truck towed to an auto shop and within 5 minutes they said it was in fact the starter. They fixed it in about an hour. I do not recommend this online service or Hugh as a mechanic. He was a very nice guy but I was essentially ripped off for $150 for a service call. I told yourmechanic it was the starter and paid for it to be replaced when I made the appointment. Stay away from this service and find a trusted local mechanic.

Brandon got me back on the road. He was knowledgeable and worked super hard in high temps and humidity to get me rolling again. Really appreciate his hard work and expertise.
