2003 Chevrolet Impala 135,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Called MyMachanic to have my Power Steering Pump replaced. Very convient since I already had the part. Chris called and actually was able to show up before appt. time. Very nice . Explained everything when he was finished and told me a few other things to possible look at down the road. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for the great convience of someone coming to you on your time. Wish I knew about this service earlier.

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

Rashad was great actually. He called me when he got the messages as well from his supervisor helping with the issue. We worked well making sure he has chance to start and finish the work on the car safely and well. It is nice and quiet for sure. Plus we saved some money too. Will use him again for the car for sure!!
