IT was front Brakes and Rotors on my pickup. , He was Professional, in and out in an hour. If you are tired of making distant appointments, losing you car for a couple of days and paying a lot of money, this is the way to go!! I wanted to upgrade the front brakes to drilled&Slotted. My regular mechanic was too busy to get the prices for the parts, took a week to get a reply and finally quoted $755 for the job and gave me 2 week out appointment. I went online, found the premium parts I wanted and 2 days later I had the parts. I found these guys online Tuesday afternoon, got an appointment next day for Wed. morning 9am and they quoted $200 to come to my driveway and do the labor. He arrived early, I sat in a chair with a cup of coffee and watched and chatted as he worked. He was in and out in 50 minutes and the whole job total cost $420. Saved $335!!! and truck was down for less than an hour.....

Mechanic came 6 hours after my scheduled time. He said that the company never ordered the part which is why he was late. He stayed for about 15 minutes, didn’t do any testing at all, told me it was not the starter and said it was likely a Chevy “electrical gremlin” or the battery (which is brand new.) I paid the $150 service call and he left. The next day, I paid to have my truck towed to an auto shop and within 5 minutes they said it was in fact the starter. They fixed it in about an hour. I do not recommend this online service or Hugh as a mechanic. He was a very nice guy but I was essentially ripped off for $150 for a service call. I told yourmechanic it was the starter and paid for it to be replaced when I made the appointment. Stay away from this service and find a trusted local mechanic.
