Mechanic did a dine job. Thus app however....Does anyone in tje app work on the areas they service? Do the kadies answering the phone kbow anything aboit cars? App is a good concept but its got a long way to go

This is the first time I've heard of and used YourMechanic. So happy, happy, happy I did. Raymond did a great job in fixing our power window. He arrived early, got right to work and disassembled the door panel and had it fixed in no time. As soon as he started working, I immediately felt at ease as I could tell that he was a pro and knew his stuff. As hesitant as we were to try YourMechanic, this will be the only way in the future that we'll be fixing and servicing our vehicles....and the best part, we saved over $200 going with this mobile service versus quotes we had gotten from traditional brick and mortar shops. Great communication. Wasnt able to reach rear O2 sensors and contacted me promptly while I was at work to inform me. Fromt O2 sensors were replaced correctly and wdficiently while i was away at work.
