Jay is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve used him many times. He is So knowledgeable and so patient. I love how he doesn’t rush and will explain everything to u and answer any questions u have. Even if they don’t pertain to the specific issue at hand. As best he can without fully inspecting the issue atleast. He’s my FAVORITE mechanic and I REFUSE to use any other mechanic but him. He seems ESPECIALLY knowledgeable when it comes to GM made vehicles I assume from his many years of working with GM. Robert is a quiet friendly guy that arrived about 15 minutes early and finished the job well within the estimated time. He got right to work getting the worn crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer replaced. He went about it like he's done hundreds of them, methodical and unhurried. The work needed to be done in the driveway so it's especially notable that the 40mph (64kph) wind (no exaggeration) at 34° (1° C) didn't compromise his work or attitude -definitely a professional.
