1995 Chevrolet Blazer 36,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Genaro was an hour late for the appointment, there was no notification he'd be late and he didn't acknowledge it or apologize once he showed up. I allowed a half hour buffer but then had work calls lined up that I was forced to juggle around at the last minute becuase of his extreme tardiness. He was also in my car with dirty latex gloves on and it now smells like grease inside. The quality of the work seems good so far but the professionalism was lacking. He seemed knowledgable and friendly.

Jay has always been a great mechanic, he explains things to the fullest extent and he’s very patient and amazing at his job. If I need any service again I would recommend Jay for it..
