2002 Cadillac Escalade EXT 51,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Manuel was great. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He had been given the wrong part and was able to get a replacement part in about 25 minutes and be back on site. If I need more work done I will request him to do it.

Lived up to the great reviews we read on him so far. Had all brakes changed, we thought we might need to replace rotors but David shared we are good and didn't need to have them replaced this time around. This showed us that he is not trying to make you believe you need repairs that you don't. He showed up a few minutes early and although it was wet and rainy outside had no problem doing his job. We are highly impressed (wished we knew of this prior to getting the brakes changed on our other car at the dealership). We will find out how great the brakes are when we go out later but I have no reason to believe he didn't do an excellent job.

Well he showed up on time, but when he got here he backed his vehicle up in the driveway opened the rear door started pulling out his tools and setting things up and never spoke a word to me. Didn’t say hello or introduce himself. So I said hello to him he responded and kept going kinda rude. He was done in no time came over said “Ok” you’re done gave me a estimate on something else got in his truck and left. 路‍♂️
