Stacy was respectful and responded to my questions. However, he arrived at 8:48a, for the 8:00a appt. That was 33 minutes beyond the expected 15 minute grace period. I called to see if there was a problem,, because I had another appt scheduled. Thankfully, he arrived and completed the assessment in time, so as not to cause conflict with my time.

Greg did good solid work on a very difficult job. Before Greg worked on it, the car had declined in driveability by quite a bit. We were not confident that we could travel in it any great distance. After Greg finished, I felt that we could drive it cross country with no worries.
