So many positive things to say about Ivan. He was on time. I expected someone kind of smelling like grease but Ivan was very clean. (Hope that's okay to say.) As he was working to diagnose the issue, I noted he was checking all the areas that came up when I searched the potential problem on the Internet. Ivan instilled confidence that he knew what he was doing He had all the tools he might need and worked quietly and efficiently, even in the dark environment of my parking garage. He was concerned he might not be able to complete the repair as the wiring did not match what it should have been. He did fix it, and showed me what I could do if the problem ever happened again. I would 100% recommend Ivan to anyone. We will also likely use Ivan again, if we have car trouble in the future.
