A fantastic experience. Kenneth is a consummate professional. He arrived on time, explained everything that he did, and expertly performed each service. He finished the work in less time than was quoted and noticed another issue with the vehicle but told me that only the gasket would need to be replaced, and that people might try to up-sell the entire assembly, which would be unnecessary. Needless to say, I am going to have Kenneth do the job and hopefully work with him on all future automobile repairs. Thanks again, Kenneth!
