Theodore was very meticulous with his work. Since I couldn't find anyone in the Seattle area, he came all the way from Redmond. He changed all the spark plugs in my car. I was thinking of changing all the ignition coils of my engine but Theodore insisted I should change the one that reported misfire and helped me save some money. He also spent some time diagnosing other problems I had - screeching sound from the air conditioner and suggested what I should do. Also he advised me to change the air conditioner filter and buy it from Amazon because it is cheaper.

Richard was a great help. Not only did he figure out the issue for my car, he also explained why my car was acting the way it is. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace the part that was causing the issue (it wasn’t on his work order) but he was still very informative, insightful, and overall a huge help in helping me to understand what was going on and how everything was working. I would definitely recommend his service and request his assistance again in the future.
