I will admit that the price estimate is what drew me in, and the idea that it could be done at a time and place of my choosing weren't far behind. It is always difficult to find a good Technician, and Joseph is an excellent one. He took time to answer questions, and to explain maintenance/repairs that may be needed in the future. He was even able to discuss items of particular interest for my car based on the manufacturer's design choices. Best experience I've had with a Technician since I had family working on my vehicles.
