Your rating system didn't seem to work on my computer, if not I would give my mechanic Peter 5 STARS. He was polite, answered my questions and took care of my car. This is really a good service I will continue to use in the future when needed. Good bye dealerships, goodbye Jiffy Lube, Your Mechanic has me sold with how easy it was to do business.

Andrew was recommended to me from a friend who used he more than a few times. I've had Andrew out to help for different problems 3 or 4 times for my Audi. He really digs into the problem and works until it is fixed or at least diagnosed. Once it was a simple fix, he gave me the part and showed me how to replace it myself! Thanks Andrew, wish other people and services were better then expected, like you.

Ramiro was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went so far as to pull out a starter from his truck and explain to me how it worked, as part of an answer to my question about whether he suspected that I had an issue with mine. He performed a thorough investigation, correctly identified my problem as a faulty battery, and showed me exactly how he knew and how I should seek a warranty replacement for it.
