Mr Jay is the best mechanic I know and saved my family a lot of money by servicing our cars. He is very knowledgeable and very good at diagnosing the RIGHT problem with almost any motor vehicle. I strongly recommend him for convenient regular maintenance or most car problems (if he cannot fix it it's only because special garage tools may be required, but rest assured he'll point you in the right direction). After many years of trying to service my cars at many garages and dealerships (and wasting tons of money) my wife was ready to throw the towel and get rid of our car over some noise coming from the engine, which only Mr Unger diagnosed and fixed correctly as a faulty pulley. Everybody else was trying to con me into rebuilding the engine and change the alternator, ie replacing ALL bearings. I still own the car and it is still running.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership quoted me $1200 to replace the throttle body. I found the part for $320 and Alex charged me $98. Alex arrived on time and completed the install under an hour. He suggested other services that my car might need but was not pushy.
