2020 Audi S5 Sportback 150,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Very thorough and professional! The first mechanic, Cesar, cancelled 30 min before the appointment. Called the service center - Theodore swooped in and saved the day. He showed up on time and found several issues. I will not be purchasing the vehicle. This is my first experience with Your Mechanic and (other than that Cesar guy) I am very impressed. Tabitha was great. She showed up a few minutes early (which worked well for me) and was friendly, competent and made the whole experience a good one. I would highly recommend Tabitha without reservation.

This guy was outstanding, he actually showed up because I made a claim from the prior mechanic, he listened to my concerns, the prior experience and what I saw the day the problem of my car started,he took his time to go detail by detail,is an audi and tbh I was surprised where the manufacturer has some parts hidden in places I would've never thought, give me a better inspection on the real problem for me to part from there and fix the car, I would definitely reccomend him any time.
