Showed up on time, listened to what I said, diagnosed the car and was professional. He is very knowledgeable and I know I know I don't need to worry if he is right.

John reached out since he could come by earlier. I met him at my house where he put the new battery in my Audi A4. He was polite , courteous and did the job well.

When he arrived I asked him if he had the scan tool to register/code the battery. He told me no scan tool was necessary I immediately called customer service they advised me I would need to make another appointment with a mechanic that had the proper scan tool. I gave the phone to the mechanic he and customer service agreed he would complete the install and try to code with a scan tool he had not Audi specific. When completed the alarm would not shut off eventually he fixed that and said he manually coded 1 key and said he couldn't encode the other, now the convertible top dose not work, traction control light on as well the top these were not an issue before the new battery was installed. When I got the estimate the details explained that some batteries of German auto makers need them to be coded, I have installed dozens of batteries in my life time, I chose to have Your Mechanic do the battery installation because I dint have the proper scan tool and.

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Whitney was obvious exsperienced and knowlegeable of the problem. His actions was that of a true profesional

Yourmechanic.com is a woman's prayered answered. My stress was zero. I didn't have to drop off the car and wait for an outrageous quote from the corner mechanic. I was able to schedule and know the price immediately. I will use yourmechanic.com from now on. If you are in the Las Vegas area. I recommend requesting Scott Franklin. He goes above and beyond customer service.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found YourMechanic and Raul. I'm from out of town and didn't know who to contact to fix a truck I was borrowing. I searched the web and found YourMechanic.....thank goodness. I found Raul to be professional, an outstanding mechanic and the price was more than fair.
