Matthew contacted me prior to his arrival to give me an ETA. At arrival he called to let me know he was outside. I directed him to the garage and he introduced himself and told me more about the process. He asked a few clarifying questions and he got started. Once he was complete with his evaluation he showed me pictures of the actual cause of my leak and we discussed next steps. Matthew was very professional and just by his demeanor I felt confident in his evaluation how he troubleshooted the problem. I will definitely use him again.

As he was nice and professional, I don't feel as though I got the services that I paid for and I am not sure if I am getting a refund. I paid for a throttle body and engine light inspection. He did not replace the throttle body and no information has been provided in regards to the engine light inspection. He listed it as car won't start inspection which is not what I paid for. So I feel things were left incomplete and I am in same place where I started.

Right on time, very courteous, nice to talk with, Travis did a great job on my A4 replacing a serpentine belt and alternator. I deeply recommend him to others, very polite. Thanks
