Pardeeps phoned me that he was picking up parts and would be on site in 30 minutes. At once I knew that he knew his business. He explained what he was going to do, than got right to it. He covered all that was required and finished in good time. We went over the checklist and he explained what I should do to keep up the service. He is a real professional.
