Chuck is just an awesome dude. I live in Queens, NY and was interested in purchasing a car located in Plano Texas. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, I could not take a trip down there myself to see it. Chuck stepped in and performed a pre purchase car inspection. He did a great job and was very very thorough. So much so that he found additional scuffs and scratches that the dealer claimed they didn't see. I asked him to take pictures for me of the entire car, inside and out. He did not disappoint. The experience was new to me, having a mechanic come to my home. The young man was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He spent what I would consider a decent amount of time looking, asking the right questions and diagnosing the issue. While he could not fix the issue, he did give me a couple of choices to consider. I would recommend the service.
