Theodore did a great job and very quickly. My battery needed replacing and was parked underground in a parking ramp - not the best place to have your car die! He showed up on time (actually a little early), verified that the battery was dead, replaced it, topped off fluids and I was good to go in less than 30 minutes. Chris was awesome. I booked an appt for the following day. He then texts and offers to come out same day to diagnose the problem. That was such a tremendous help. It turns out the starter needed to be replaced. He then came by the next day earlier than scheduled and had the car fixed within an hour. Chris was a true professional.
