Jay arrived right on time. Although, it took 2 hours longer than they had originally estimated; I appreciated that Jay took his time to make sure it was done right. Jay shared with me his thoughts on how there are certain jobs that can be more challenging without the use of lifters where he would be able to have more leverage and room to work with. When he was done; he gave me advice on future services the car may need and recommended at what mileage I should take care of them. However, I do have a recommendation to make to the people at YourMechanic.com; I think you should put into account mechanics' advice and/or suggestions before quoting a service. It would greatly help on accuracy as far as time frame and/or whether a service may or may not be possible to get done on a driveway rather than a shop. All in all I was very happy with the job Jay did and I would definitely recommend him to people I know.
Friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgable. Didn't have to deal with dealership stress or cost! Would use them again with no hesitation. And I did. This was my 4th time using them! I tell all my family to call them. Thank you Jason!
Roberto was extremely thorough and patient to resolve the "alternator" issues. His work was crucial and critical. In this instance there was no "need" for an evaluation charge because of the information provided. Both O'Reilly's system and my multimeter confirmed the alternator supplied was bad and under warranty with O'Reilly. Original "Customer Service" was not service but denial, although the representatives were courteous and patient.
