James is like hoping to hire a cook and getting a chef! Remarkable mechanic and person. Warm, friendly, courteous and above all knowledgeable. If he was a roofer I'd hire him even if I didn't need new shingles. Singularly the most wonderful experience I've had with any public contact individual in years.
