I think I've finally found a mechanic I can trust. And that's not an easy thing these days! I've had Clifton do repairs on two of our cars and each time he was punctual, professional, and exhibited a high level of integrity. He patiently answered all my questions before replacing my alternator, serpentine belt, and drive belt tensioner on my Acura TL. He also clarified and took the time to open up and show me something I was confused about. Typical dealer service reps often give you the feeling they are only half-listening to you, and are more interested in using their computer push extra repair work on you. With Clifton, you really sense he is listening intently, and always provides clear, accurate and honest information on precisely what you are concerned about. He's a keeper! If you live in the area he services, consider yourself lucky.

Over the course of 18 months, Greg has proven himself to be the best mechanic I have ever received service from. -- He is clearly an expert technician who takes pride in his work, and takes the time to properly diagnose issues/problems before recommending solutions to you as his customer. He considers what makes the most practical sense for you to take action on in terms of service, repair, or replacement. Cost vs. Value!!! As for my experience, on 3 separate occasions, for different issues on 3 different vehicles, I obtained comprehensive diagnostics and recommendations from my local dealership, mom&pop shop, and then also Greg through YourMechanic. On all 3 occasions, Greg won. He accurately diagnosed my vehicles service needs, acknowledged all other concerns ( pointing out what was necessary and what was not necessary to take action on). His recommendations were optimally efficient for me in terms of balancing costs with necessary services for my vehicle maintenance, and on top of it all - it doesn't get mor convenient than him coming and doing the work in my driveway! No need to figure out shuttle service or take time off work. Greg very clearly and directly saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses I would have otherwise had to pay had I gone through with the dealer's recommendations. -- 10/10 would recommend Greg as a mechanic/technician to any of my friends or family, and will certainly be using his services in the future for my vehicle needs!
