I was told I needed a lower control arm from an auto shop I went to and after William looked at my car, he determined that wasn't what I needed and what I actually needed are new struts. He showed me and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was so helpful and now I can replace the correct parts. I would highly recommend him for any future services!
