Victor was good when he finally arrived. My appointment was canceled twice, the first time was due to heavy rain so that one I wasn’t upset about. No reason was given for canceling the second appointment. The day he did come to complete the job, he was 45 minutes late. Fortunately I work from home so it wasn’t a huge issue, but still a text or call letting me know he was running behind would have been nice.

Victor was EXCELLENT! Very informative, and vocal and was honest about the issues. I HIGHLY recommend him and I'll be looking for him in the future - I promise you that.

Efficient Personable

Victor was fast, friendly, and professional. He kept an open communication channel when he would arrive and explained what he was going to look at. I continued to work in my office while he worked away at replacing my alternator in my driveway. He explained what he did, what I should do with the car afterwards, and what to look out for. I definitely recommend Victor for any mechanic work through this company! Thanks Victor!

Worked fast and replaced my alternator. When service was complete he Went over a few recommendations but then sent me a list with other recommendations.but overall happy with the work.
